The phone number entered for the demo is used solely to make the call requested by the user.
4. Use of the AI voice assistant
The website allows the user to request a demo call made through a phone assistant based on Artificial Intelligence.
To provide the service, only the data necessary to carry out the request are processed, for example name and phone number, together with the information voluntarily provided during the conversation.
Where necessary for service improvement, technical support, security or quality control purposes, the conversation may be recorded in compliance with applicable law.
While using the service, users are asked not to share data belonging to the special categories referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR, as such data are not necessary to provide the service.
5. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on:
- the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- the legitimate interest of the data controller in ensuring security, preventing abuse and the proper functioning of the services, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
- the consent of the data subject, where required by law.
6. Methods of processing
Data are processed using electronic and IT tools, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure their security, confidentiality, integrity and availability, preventing unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure of the data.
7. Recipients of the data
To provide the services, the data controller may rely on external providers that act, where applicable, as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
These may include providers of:
- website hosting;
- cloud services;
- Artificial Intelligence platforms;
- VoIP telephony services;
- online booking systems;
- SMS sending services;
- email;
- software maintenance and development;
- technical and IT security services.
Personal data are disclosed only to the extent necessary to provide the requested service and are not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
8. Data transfers to non-EU countries
Some technology providers used by the data controller may process personal data on servers located outside the European Economic Area.
In such cases, the transfer of data takes place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, adopting the safeguards provided for by applicable law, such as Adequacy Decisions of the European Commission, Standard Contractual Clauses or other measures suitable to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data.

Personal data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this policy.
Afterwards, they may be kept solely:

Data collected solely for the demo call are kept only for the time necessary to provide the requested service.

11. Appointment booking
The website allows consultations to be booked through an online booking system.
The data provided are used solely to organise the requested appointment and manage the related communications.
